Coupon configuration allows administrators to create and control discount rules that customers can apply during checkout on the storefront.

Purpose of Coupon Configuration​

Coupon configuration helps to:

  • Create promotional discounts for customers
  • Increase sales and customer engagement
  • Control discount eligibility and usage
  • Apply offers to specific products or orders
  • Manage promotional campaigns effectively

Key Coupon Management Features​

  • Create and manage coupon codes
  • Configure discount type (percentage or fixed amount)
  • Define coupon validity period
  • Set usage limits and conditions
  • Enable or disable coupons as required

Steps to Configure a Coupon​

  1. Navigate to the Coupons section in the Store Management Portal.
  2. Click Create Coupon.
  3. Enter the Coupon Code and description.
  4. Select the Discount Type and define the discount value.
  5. Set validity dates and usage limits.
  6. Configure applicable products or order conditions.
  7. Review the coupon configuration.
  8. Save the coupon and activate it to make it available on the storefront.

Coupon Visibility and Usage​

Once activated, the coupon becomes available on the storefront. Customers can apply the coupon during checkout based on the configured rules, while administrators can monitor usage and manage coupon status from the Store Management Portal.
